Hello, creator!

I’m so excited to see what you come up with! Thank you for spending your time on my fic these next few months.

I’ve participated in a lot of exchanges with darker themes, so if you try to read my older letters, fics I’ve written, or fics I’ve received as gifts for inspiration, please know I do absolutely love things that aren’t, well, dark :P (But I do also love the dark stuff.) I love all sorts of tropiness and sap, as well, but I’m perhaps not as good at articulating those.

Similarly, please don’t correlate any individual fandom’s prompts being longer or shorter, or more AU-focused or canon-focused with the entirety of my interests. All fandoms are equally wanted. My id covers a lot of ground, so while I hope this gives you some insight, it’s not an all-inclusive list, and I love reading things that creators loved making most. Please only read or use as much as is helpful to you.

• I absolutely love being transported to a specific time, place, and/or culture. All of them. I love seeing how characters interact with the places things around them, especially when at least one of the party members has mastered all its nooks and quirks.

• This can also be within smaller groups of people, perhaps within a limited window! I love sports teams, boarding schools or summer camps or colleges, subcultures, intense careers, etc.

— Weird biology + courting rituals

• A/B/O, BDSM ‘verse, mythological creatures, tentacles: I love it all. For A/B/O, though, I DNW scenarios where alphas are an oppressed class.

— Relationship messiness

• Best friends, or more? Just hooking up, or more?

• I adore stories that delve into the waves of established relationships. Best moments, worst moments, all those times in between.

The Adventure Zone: Dust

Requests: Dylan Mathis, Jeremiah Blackwell (also fine with Dylan-focused fic, or Dylan/Errol Ryehouse)

• Weird West: I really loved the world they set up in this arc, and I miss it. Just. More. Please. I’d also love some pre-canon worldbuilding, especially around the Mathii and Blackwells.

• Dylan Mpregis: I really aggressively “haha… unless”ed myself with the Jump Scare freeforms.
  — “Pregnant and on the run” and “pregnant and trying to hide it from the enemy/monster” were the original tags that embedded this so deeply in my mind.
  — Basically the build-up to canon, but also he’s pregnant, not that he can say anything to anyone, because he’s a Blackwell (/his twin sister’s fiance).
  — Pre-canon where Jeremiah and Dylan are disgustingly Young and In Love and Gonna Do Something About It.
  — Or, like, all this without the mpreg.

• A Live Boy: Still being politically minded, Errol just cannot (and will not!) allow himself to be seduced by the young, traumatized and clearly just rebounding Dylan Mathis. No. Just no. The scandal, it’s far too much. (They do it anyway.)

IGOR - Tyler, the Creator

Requested: Any. Please use whatever characters make the most sense for you creatively: RL Tyler and the people he hangs out with, Fictionalized Tyler and Love Interest, Fictional IGOR and Love Interest, male characters within the Tylerverse, whatever

• Thank You For the Love: This album painted such a beautiful picture of heartbreak and relationships that just don't work out, and I’d love to see that even more fleshed out. If you’re a new listener, Tyler’s last album, Flower Boy, could add more context to more hopeful days, but please be aware that the content warnings—just all the content warnings—increase the further you go back, especially after Flower Boy.

• Scary and Weird and Gay: In her video about Scary Movies to Tell in the Dark, Nyx Fears said, “When I was a kid, I cared very deeply about things that were scary and weird, because I was very scary and weird, and now I’m gay,” which, like, relatable. I’ve been listening to Tyler for a very long time, and I’d love to explore his earlier work viewed through that lense + the topics dealt with in IGOR.
  — Exploring queerness with horror and shock and art
  — The cultures he surrounded himself with, especially skaters
  — The “I’m not HOMOPHOBIC I’m BFFs with FRANK OCEAN” era: did they talk about it? Did they not-talk about it? Did they maybe hook up once or twice or three times but it’s not like it’s a thing?

Additional opt-outs: use of “n***a” or racial slurs, race kink, necrophilia, DID, the OTT violence against women of earlier albums actually happening in fic (characters being creators of horror content are fine).

I’m not interested in any of this in my other fandoms, either, but since they directly contradict some of what could be considered canon here, I wanted to emphasize them. None of these are present in IGOR (except "n***a," but the artist is black, so I don't really put it in the same category as everything else.) Other forms of creepiness are still welcome.

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood

Requested: Cliff Booth, Rick Dalton

• More Than a Brother: We came into Cliff and Rick’s careerelationship so late, and I’d love to see what the brighter days looked like, how they got so intertwined, their first impressions of each other, and how they’ve managed to make it work for so long

• Summer of ‘69: This was definitely a movie that hit my love for diving into a setting. It anything, I wanted more 60s/70s L.A. and Hollywood — or earlier or later with the passage of time.
  — I also love a good AU that still play with the themes from the source: maybe they're a rockstar+bodyguard instead, or into the surfing scene, or politicians, or, gasp, hippies, or alt retellings of other big events of the decade that they just happen to around for

• I feel bad that this listing is so comparatively short, but I really do just love this movie and these characters so much, especially in their weakest, darkest moments.

• … my iddiest of id really wants omega! or sub!Cliff. Nothing else changes, except for maybe some (alternate universe) period-typical sexism/homophobia. Cliff is still skeazy, Rick is still a mess, their relationship is still ???

Ready or Not

• Bloodline: This family has been so messed up for so many generations, and yet it still manages to keep chugging along. I’d love to see more of what it’s like growing up a familial murder cult, how they snag their horrible spouses, and truck along being horrible rich people.
  — I'm so interested in the dynamic between Alex and Daniel: their views on themselves, each other, their family's traditions...
  — There's such a disparity between how these kids deal with growing up in this family between Daniel's compliant misery, Emma's awful children, Alex and Helene's apparent moral veneers pealing way. I'd love to explore more of that! Kidfic DNW waived, but I still don't want them too young (<8) and definitely nothing purely fluffy.

• A Man of Wealth and Taste: I’m so curious about that initial meeting being Victor and Mr. Le Bail, and the seductive power Mr. Le Bail must have had… While I love the cartoonish evil/selfishness of the Le Domases by the time this movie takes place, I'd also love something where Victor genuinely thought he was doing something good for his family. Or maybe he sucks! You tell me.

• They’re Not Like The Rest of Us: Pretentious boarding schools and universities! Secret societies! Traditions that make no sense! I’m a sucker. Especially if one of the spouses is a shameless social climber who made the decision to leave morality at the door to get in on all of this.
